Chef TourTour Enliste Gets Up Early to Brush Teeth and Asks Dad to Cook Favorite Breakfast 🐵🤍
Chef TourTour Enliste, our little early bird and culinary enthusiast, woke up before the sun even peeked over the horizon. While most were still nestled in bed, snoring softly under warm blankets, TourTour’s eyes popped open with excitement. Today was a special day. Not because it was a holiday or someone’s birthday, but because TourTour had a craving — a big one — for his favorite breakfast, and only Dad could make it just right.
Without wasting a second, TourTour bounced out of bed, feet pattering softly on the floor. First things first: brushing his teeth. He stood on his little blue stool, squeezed out just the right amount of toothpaste, and scrubbed his teeth with care and determination. “Clean teeth before good food,” he reminded himself with a proud grin in the mirror. As bubbles foamed around his mouth, he even hummed the theme song of his imaginary cooking show: “Chef TourTour’s Kitchen Adventures!”
Once his teeth sparkled and his breath was minty fresh, he tiptoed into the kitchen, where the lights were still off. “Dad?” he whispered, poking his head into his parents’ room. “Can you wake up now? I brushed my teeth early! Can you make my favorite breakfast?”
Dad, groggy and blinking, couldn’t help but chuckle. “You mean the pancakes with banana smiley faces and peanut butter eyes?” he asked, already knowing the answer.
“Yes, yes, please!” TourTour beamed. “And maybe a strawberry hat on top!”
Soon, the kitchen was filled with the cozy aroma of sizzling batter and warm fruit. TourTour stood beside Dad, watching every move carefully. He was the sous-chef, after all. He handed over the mixing spoon, fetched the syrup, and made sure the plate was perfectly placed.
When the pancakes were finally ready, stacked high with smiley faces and topped with a strawberry crown, Chef TourTour clapped with joy. He took his first bite and gave Dad a thumbs up.
“This is the best breakfast ever,” he said with his mouth full, “because we made it together.”
