The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and excitement buzzed in the air as she walked through the salon doors, her tiny hand holding tightly onto her mom’s. The salon chair looked huge. When the stylist offered her a booster seat, Lala wiggled in surprise, giggling at how high up she felt.
