Monkey Miss All Everyone đľđđđ˘
It has been a quiet few days in the jungle, and something feels different. Monkey, usually the loudest and most playful of the group, has gone strangely quiet. He no longer swings from tree to tree laughing, nor does he play his usual tricks on the parrots or splash around in the river. Instead, he sits alone on a high tree branch, gazing into the forest with sad eyes. Something is clearly bothering himâand everyone can feel it.
Monkey misses everyone.
It wasnât always like this. The jungle used to be filled with laughter, friendship, and endless games. There were races with Cheetah, storytelling with Wise Owl, dancing with Peacock, and long naps under the sun with Elephant. But recently, things changed. Some of the animals had to move to other parts of the jungle. Some went in search of food, while others were taken to wildlife sanctuaries to be protected. And now, Monkey feels the silence in every part of his heart.
He misses the early mornings when he and Parrot would wake the whole forest with their noisy chatter. He misses Banana Bear, who used to share fruit with him from the tallest trees. He misses the baby turtles who followed him around, trying to copy everything he did. Even Snake, who scared him sometimes with surprise hissings, is missed.
Without his friends, even the tastiest bananas donât taste the same. Monkey doesnât feel like playing or joking anymore. His energy, which once bubbled over with joy, now stays bottled up inside. Each day, he watches the paths through the trees, hoping to see someoneâanyoneâcoming back.
The other animals who still live nearby notice Monkeyâs sadness. Squirrel tries to cheer him up by bringing shiny pebbles. Frog offers songs, and Butterfly dances around him with colorful wings. But itâs not the same. Monkey smiles a little, but his heart still feels heavy. Itâs not just one friend he missesâitâs all of them.
Then, one morning, something changes.
A distant sound echoes through the treesâa familiar laugh! Monkeyâs ears perk up. He scampers to the edge of his branch and looks down. Itâs Parrot! Bright as ever and full of chatter. Behind her, waddling slowly, is Turtle. Even Elephant is there, trumpet-blasting his arrival. More and more familiar faces appear, one by one, returning home after their time away.
Monkey canât believe his eyes. He swings down with lightning speed and hugs each of his friends in his own silly monkey wayâhanging from their necks, doing backflips, and tossing leaves into the air.
âI missed you all so much!â he cries joyfully.
âWe missed you too, Monkey,â says Parrot, flapping her wings. âThe jungle wasnât the same without you.â
As the sun rises, the jungle is alive again. Laughter echoes through the trees, leaves rustle with playful movement, and Monkeyâs smile is brighter than ever. He no longer feels alone. His heart, once heavy, is now full.
Monkey learned something important: itâs okay to miss people. It means you love them. But even when theyâre far away, the bond you share doesnât disappear. And when they come back, it feels like the sun shining through after a long rain.
From that day forward, Monkey made sure to treasure every moment with his friends. He played louder, laughed harder, and loved biggerâbecause he knew how it felt to miss everyone.
And he never wanted to feel that alone again.
